Experience Required : 2 Year to 3 Year
- Experience or fresh exposure to automation machine handling in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly line processes.
- Ability to identify. troubleshoot. and resolve online production line equipment issues.
- Hands-on experience in operating and calibrating test and measurement instruments such as 8820C. CMW100. CMW500. power supplies. CROs. multimeters. Rigol signal generators. and NI power meters.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies including Why-Why Analysis. PDCA. KAIZEN. POKA YOKE. 7 QC Tools. SMED. NPI & NPD. DOE. 4M. OEE. Process Capability Analysis. DMAIC. TPM. 7S. and Six Sigma.
